Welcome to publicappealthemovie.com (the “Site”), operated by Model Citizen LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the producer of the independent film Public Appeal (the “Film”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational and promotional website for the Film. It provides information about the Film, including news, media, screening and festival updates, and a way to contact us. The Site does not sell products, process payments, or offer user accounts.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about the Film. You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Model Citizen LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mabel, GA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Model Citizen LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
